Water For Your Garden

I believe that everyone has their own inner “garden”, which has the potential to be bountiful, beautiful, and serene. If we want to maintain our gardens and have them represent the most beautiful aspects of our lives, we need to nourish them and water them regularly. Keeping our gardens beautiful and vibrant does take work, but it is work that makes life more joyous and manageable. I view psychotherapy as a practice that can help you to support your garden so that it, and you, can flourish. Helping individuals and families tend to their gardens, remove weeds, and plant new seeds: this is my greatest purpose.
SERVICES
A Safe Place

I always looked forward to the day that I would have my own Psychotherapy Office. To me, my office represents a safe space where my clients can not only feel comfortable but feel challenged to enhance their emotional intelligence and wellness. My desire is to create a serene environment that evokes calmness. I have carefully curated important books, and other therapeutic resources to help empower my clients to continually grow.
