I am currently a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, United, Cigna, and Aetna PPO.

If you are within network, I bill directly, and all clients are responsible for is their co-pay at the time of session.

 

If utilizing Insurance, clients are only responsible for their co-pay at the time of service.

If I am not in Network with your Insurance Company,  I can provide superbills as a Non-Participating Provider.   You can then use these superbills to submit to your Insurance Company for Reimbursement.

A Credit Card is required when working together.  I hold a Credit Card securely on file to protect against cancellations less than 48 hours.  You will not be charged until I have made two attempts to collect payment.  Your consideration is appreciated.

I am not currently accepting clients who are using an EAP.

Self Pay Rate is $150 per session.

​

I am only providing telehealth therapy at this time.
